Nintendo sues Trump administration
Nintendo is suing the US government, demanding refunds for Trump-era tariffs the Supreme Court called unconstitutional. It says the duties forced a delay of Switch 2 pre-orders and raised accessory prices; it’s seeking refunds with interest tied to tariffs thought to total more than $200B.
