EA FC could jump from PEGI 3 to PEGI 16 after Europe's PEGI revamp — loot boxes, time-limited paid systems and unmoderated chat now raise ratings (loot boxes → 16; social casinos → 18). Rules kick in June. Will publishers build default 'spend-off' controls or lose young players?
