He brings the Soliton Radar MKIII, an On‑Site Procurement ability, extra secondary gadgets, and is unlocked via the season battle pass (which also includes Psycho Mantis cosmetics). A mystery mode and a limited-time team-up with Sam Fisher are coming too. This one could seriously shake the meta.
